We throw parties we'd want to go to ourselves. Good music, good people, no nonsense.
About Ciel
We started Ciel in 2022 because we wanted a place to hear music we actually love — without it feeling exclusive or expensive. Just good people, good sounds, and a good time.
Since then we've grown into something we're really proud of. Sunset sessions by the water, late nights under lasers, weird seasonal concepts — we try to keep every event feeling a little different, a little special. The crowd keeps coming back, and that means everything to us.
What we run
Our daytime series. We find a nice spot by the water, book artists we genuinely love, and watch the sun go down together. It's relaxed, it's social, and the music is always good. Exactly what a Saturday should feel like.
The darker, harder side of Ciel. SENSE is for when you want to actually dance — no distractions, just lasers, a proper sound system, and techno that hits right. We put a lot of thought into how the room feels, not just what's playing.
When we want to do something a bit mad. A Halloween night, a room cooled to −10°C, or a concept we've been sitting on for months. No formula, just whatever we think would be fun to try. Sometimes it surprises even us.
What to expect
We book artists we're genuinely excited about — from international names to local acts we've been following for a while. No filler, ever.
We love being outside. Beaches, rooftops, poolsides — wherever the setting feels right for the sound. Singapore has some beautiful spots if you know where to look.
Face painters, fire dancers, live community canvases, Polaroids — little touches that make the night feel like more than a party. We like when people leave with a memory.
Genuinely one of our favourite things — the mix of people who show up. Every nationality, every background, all there for the same reason. It never gets old.
The #CielFam
Roughly half the room is women, and on any given night you'll hear at least a dozen languages. We've never tried to curate the crowd — it just ends up that way when the music is good and the vibe feels safe.
A lot of our regulars have met their closest friends at Ciel events. That's not something we planned, but it's become one of the things we're most proud of. The community built itself.
People come to actually listen and dance. The vibe tends to be conscious, friendly, and low-ego. You don't need to know anyone to feel at home at a Ciel event.
